Shirt ordered for Christmas delivery
I made a mistake ordering a shirt before the Christmas delivery cut-off from this company, and it's been disappointing. Even though I ordered early, it's now 2nd January and I still haven't heard anything about my order. The customer service team hasn't been very helpful, just keeps telling me to wait longer. The lack of communication and responsibility is really frustrating, makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend using this company again.
