Longines watch
My experience with the company was the absolute worst and I do not recommend it to anyone.
1. Ordered the watch just to be delivered 5 weeks later, with no email or phone call to keep me updated, zero interest for the customer. I had to call them twice just to get the same formal "you have to wait" answer and nothing else. I had to email Longines to see if I was actually being conned or there was a delay indeed from the manufacturer. Longines customer service answered quickly and confirmed the delay.
2. I have asked Jura for the watch to be supplied with a longer leather strap band, got the email confirmation it will happen but guess what, the watch arrived with the standard one so I can barely close it around my wrist.
3. The watch was delivered with Royal Mail Special Delivery instead of a more reliable service considering the value of the package and guess what again, the mailman left it on the floor in the building reception where the door is always semi-opened (broken) and put his own confirmation signature on the system. Luckily no one took it from there where my wife found it.
Buying a £3K beautiful watch was suppose to be a joyous moment but instead, the whole experience was resentful thanks to Jura Watches.
