Ice Maker Water dispenser
I purchased an Ice Maker Water Dispenser from Klarstein UK ( SHOPFRONT FOR BERLIN BRANDS GERMANY) I realised I might have problems when I noted all their products are shipped in. When I received the item I noted it had a EU plug, I contacted them. I was told I would receive discount and to purchase an adaptor. I did this and after a few weeks of use the machine started leaking water out the front near the crushed ice outlet. After flooding the kitchen . I contacted Klarstein Customer Services to be told they would replace it. Great, I thought, but then I started to discover how bad After Sales at Klarstein is. The box from this, is the size of a Mini Fridge and it weighs over 18kg. They provided return labels but they refused to have it collected. I am housebound and I am stuck with this huge box near my front door and no sign of collection. I have no idea of how to resolve this since Klarstein have no intention of collecting it. I would not purchase any further items from this company and looking at reviews on the internet I think their ex customers are doing the same. Imagine a huge faulty fridge and you have got to carry it to Post Office when it inevitably breaks down POOR SERVICE!.
