Wall light purchase
I bought a wall light from this company recently, but sadly, I've had a really bad experience with it. It took ages for the wall light to actually arrive, and within just two months of putting it up, it's turned into a fire hazard. The plastic covering it has melted, the parts inside the driver unit have exploded and burned the housing, leaving a strong smell of sulfur and signs that it was close to catching fire. I tried getting in touch with the company about this serious problem, but all I got back was a standard thank you email after sending two messages. They've been ignoring me since then. I'm so let down by both the poor quality of the product and the service provided, as it's putting my home at risk.

Replacement flowers
I had a bit of a problem with my order from this company because the flowers turned up in a battered box that was sort of open. But I was really impressed by how fast they dealt with it and their top-notch customer service. They straight away suggested sending me some new flowers and even gave me some credit on my account. It was a lovely gesture and proved that they know how to deal with issues in a quick and efficient way.
