Payment issue
I had a bit of a bad time with the customer service rep at the insurance company recently. I phoned up to pay for my insurance for the whole year, just like I always do. But the woman on the phone didn't seem to get what I was saying and instead only took a month's payment from my bank account. When I asked about it, she just said to give it a week before calling back. It was really annoying and left me feeling puzzled as to why I couldn't just pay it all in one go like I planned. It was a hassle that caught me off guard and I definitely didn't like it.
