Hidden fees
I thought I was getting a great deal on this website, but boy was I wrong! When I finally got through the booking process, they hit me with a huge processing fee of 114 pounds at the end. And as if that wasn't bad enough, there's no way to avoid this sneaky charge no matter how you pay. It's shady and totally goes against consumer rights laws. I've reported them to the authorities, and my advice is to steer clear of this place!
