Face serum for daughter's skin
I bought this face serum for my daughter, but it actually made her skin worse. Even though we followed all the instructions carefully, her skin didn't get any better. I tried emailing them for help on how to use it properly, but never got a reply. It was really disappointing and frustrating not to get any customer service. So in the end, we just stopped using the product altogether.

Holiday experience at a campsite on Lake Garda
Honestly, our stay at the campsite was brilliant. The spot by Lake Garda was just so beautiful, and the facilities were great. The staff from the company were really helpful and lovely, which made our time there even better. We had such a good time that we're already excited for our next trip. Though, one thing that did bug me a little was the €100 security deposit we had to pay when we arrived. Unlike other places that include insurance for damages in the booking cost, having to wait until the end of our stay to get it back was a bit of a hassle.

Interior doors with the wrong rail
I ordered some interior doors from this company not long ago and was a bit gutted to see they had sent me the wrong rail for them. But I must say, I was chuffed with how quick they sorted it out when I got in touch about the mistake. Within just 2 days, they had the right track sent over to me and took back the wrong one. The doors themselves were spot on, just as they were described and I'm buzzing to get them up and see how they look. All in all, even though there was a bit of a blip at the start, I was well impressed with the customer service I got from this company.
