Second-hand book purchase
I was really let down by my most recent order from this company. I've bought used books from them before and they've always been great - good quality and well-packaged. But this time, they just stuck the book in a flimsy plastic bag, and it arrived with a badly damaged corner. It's not on to get something all banged up, especially from a company known for using cardboard packaging. If they keep on with this plastic bag thing, I'll definitely shop somewhere else in the future.
