Fantastic Customer Service
We have been with Great Little Breaks many times , mostly with 4 other friends and also by ourselves one time..
They have never let us down and we have had a lovely time with such great value.
Our trip we booked in April should have gone ahead tomorrow but unfortunately one of our couples has had an emergency trip to Plymouth and I have injured my back making only one couple fit and able to go.
I phoned on Friday evening and spoke to Daniel who was most helpful and said I could move the trip for a small admin fee. I phoned next day when I had spoken to the other couples and Lucy Sowerby- Green was wonderful in speaking to the hotel and securing another date for us all.
What wonderful Customer Service !! Thank you so much we are all delighted.
