    Airport transfer service issues

    The customer service I received from the company was good and they were polite, which was a positive part of my experience. However, I did find that there was a bit of confusion and inconvenience due to the lack of clarity regarding the age classification for children and the cancellation policy. I didn't realise that a child is considered an adult if they are 12 or older, and that free cancellation is only allowed within 7 days prior to cancelling, with a deduction of £10 if it's after that. Also, I was surprised to learn that the initial refund is in the form of a voucher, as this wasn't made clear at the start. I know that all this info is probably in the small print, but I missed these details and it caused some problems with my booking. When I tried to change a child to an adult through the chat feature to fix things, I was told I'd have to cancel and rebook, which was annoying and took up a lot of my time.
