    Slow Delivery and Impossible Returns - Very Poor Service

    I only ever write positive reviews, BUT I am compelled to warn people about my dreadful experience with this company after ordering a complete set of 4 Goodyear run-flats for our 4x4.
    I placed the order on 5th Sept18 then received an email on 6th Sept saying delivery would be 12th Sept18.
    Unfortunately we were leaving for our journey to get married on 10 Sept18 so immediately cancelled the order.
    I was told to ensure the garage refuse the delivery as the dispatch process had been initiated. We contacted the garage and they rejected the delivery, but a week later the tyres we re-delivered.

    When we returned from our wedding we tried to arrange collection of the tyres from the garage and this went on for around 6 weeks talking to different agents and even the courier company to align opening times with collection 8am - 6pm. Eventually only 2 tyres were collected, the larger rear tyres but not the narrow 2 front tyres.
    We continued to contact the agents and we eventually received two emails on the 13th and 14th of November 2018 stating all tyres were collected and refunds were issued to the payment card.
    I thought this was the end of the matter....
    The following year on the 2nd January2019 I received emails with a new order number for the 2 front tyres, I questioned this and was told we had not provided any proof of the courier collection so the tyres could not be traced, although the system showed a collection.
    I visited the garage and they said they would look into it for me, but they could not find a collection receipt. We were then sent a reminder and 2 weeks later a final reminder with a threat of debt collection for the funds.
    This was now the 29th January 2019, We were at a loss what to do and were advised to just pay the invoice and accept the loss due to the elapsed time. So we paid the invoice including a £5 additional reminder charge on 2nd February 2019. I visited the garage and asked them to check their CCTV footage, but no evidence of the collection but they did find evidence of the tyres in their collection bay and a day later found the 2 tyres. We collected the tyres and took them home and contacted the company for a collection from our home address so that we could get a collection receipt, as we had now sold our 4x4 vehicle.
    The agent emailed back and stated we don't make collections over 30 days..... So we now have a Nice pair of unwanted Goodyear run-flats R19x235x40.
    The sad thing is this used to be a great little company based out of Whitney Oxfordshire, but since its take over by a German company it has completely lost its sense of customer service.
