Fire Pit
When the Fire Pit arrived, it was disappointing, the online photograph was much better than the actual Fire Pit. The problems really began when I tried to return the Fire Pit. Waitrose Garden have a returns policy which requires the customer to sort this out themselves or they arrange it at a huge cost to the customer. The initial delivery was £5.95, return cost £25!
Added to this customer service has been unhelpful and lacking any kind of courtesy. The final straw was when I received an email which had incorrect parcel collection information. If you intend to buy anything from Waitrose Garden check that you are happy with this returns policy before you buy!
