I placed an order online and they were really good at keeping me in the loop at every step until my package arrived. It was packaged really well to make sure everything inside was safe. Hat and wax dressing
I bought a hat and wax dressing, but only got the hat, the wax dressing never showed up. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they hardly got back to me, which made me really annoyed and let down. It's a shame that their customer service was so bad because the hat was actually really good quality. I felt like I had to write a review to let people know that if they have any problems with their order, they might not get any help and could end up out of pocket. I suggest finding a different company with better customer service before buying anything.
