Leather jacket purchase
I absolutely loved the leather jacket I bought from this company, it was top quality. You could really tell it was made with care, every detail was perfect. And it wasn't just good-looking, it was so comfy to wear too. The customer service was brilliant too. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I can't praise this company enough for their amazing products and service.
Wax gilet and leather water repellent baseball cap
I recently bought a wax gilet and a leather water-repellent baseball cap from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The quality of the products is spot on, just as I was hoping for. Both items fit me perfectly and I'm really looking forward to trying out the water-repellent feature when it starts raining heavily. The delivery was super quick, arriving just 3 days after I placed my order. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others.
Riding gear shopping
This shop is terrible. I really wish I had checked the reviews before I placed an order because now I'm having a nightmare trying to get a refund that they don't seem to want to give me. They're a bunch of con artists, so don't trust them! And to make matters worse, they delete all the negative reviews on their website. Can you believe that?
Two coats
I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought two coats - one was fine, but the other was way too small. I sent it back to them straight away and got an email saying I'd get a refund. But that refund never actually happened. I had to open a claim with Paypal, and only then did Equestrian Co get in touch, asking me to close the claim in return for the refund. I didn't fall for that, so I took it up with Paypal again and eventually got my money back. I wouldn't trust this company - you can find their products at better shops.
Purchased a halter and lead rope
I bought this awesome halter and lead rope from a company, but you know what? I never received it! I was really looking forward to using it on my pony, but it never arrived. I've sent them multiple emails, but still got no response. I'm starting to think this company could be a scam. I might have to report them and try to get a refund. It's really disappointing!
Leather jacket purchase for mum's 80th birthday
I was really let down by this company recently. I bought a leather jacket for my mum's 80th birthday, but it still hasn't been sent out even after 16 days. To make things worse, they took £200 from my credit card right away and I haven't heard back from customer service no matter how many times I've tried. This kind of service just won't do, so I guess I'll have to reach out to my credit card company to sort this mess out. All in all, a really annoying and disappointing ordeal.
Horse riding equipment
I will never order from this company again. They are just so incompetent. I'd rather go through the agony of pulling barbed wire through my backside than deal with them again. The service was awful, the prices were extortionate, and don't even mention the delivery- it was a total nightmare. The whole experience was an absolute disaster.
Fynalite shavings fork
Oh my goodness, I ordered this fynalite shavings fork and it was an absolute nightmare! The customer service was incredibly slow and just kept beating around the bush. They didn't respond on Facebook and my emails kept bouncing back. Eventually, they said they would investigate promptly, but they never did! I feel like I've been completely scammed and now I have to go through PayPal to try and get my money back. Ugh, I really regret ordering from them!
Ladies waxed jacket ordered
I recently bought a ladies belted waxed jacket from your shop. However, when it arrived, I got sent the wrong jacket which was quite annoying. I couldn't find a phone number or customer service to help me at first, but after some looking around, I managed to find a way to get in touch. Once I finally got through to someone, they were really helpful and sorted everything out pretty quickly. I just wanted to say thanks for their help in getting this issue sorted out so fast. Thank you.
Faulty item return
I wanted to share my experience with returning a faulty item to that company. Honestly, I was really let down by the whole process. The online form didn't even give me an address to send the item back, and on top of that, I had to fork out for the postage! It was a complete hassle and made it so hard for me to get my refund or replacement sorted out.
new boots
Oh my gosh, I bought these really awesome new boots from this store and I was super excited to wear them when I go horse riding. But you know what? The second pair I ordered never arrived! I tried reaching out to them but it's as if they've vanished into thin air! It's really frustrating, like seriously, all I want are my boots! They even sent me a message saying they are incredibly busy but my email is their "top priority". Yeah, right! Well, I'll just have to go through Paypal to get my money back because this is just not acceptable.
Gas water heater
I bought a gas water heater from the company back in November 2020, but it's been a nightmare since January when it started acting up, and by February 2021, it completely gave up on me. Dealing with their support team was a pain - they were not very helpful and took forever to get back to me. They made me jump through hoops, checking a bunch of things before they even considered giving me a replacement, and to top it off, the communication was just awful.
Clothes
I got some clothes from this shop and it was a right nightmare, mate. The sizes were way off and the colours weren't even close to what was shown online. The stitching on the clothes started coming off as soon as I took them out of the package. I got a coat for my mum as a present and it didn't even fit her properly, even though we measured her size exactly as they advised. And to top it off, the customer service was completely rubbish. I sent them an email about all the issues I had with my order, but they didn't bother to help me fix anything. I had to open a case with PayPal just to get my money back. It was so stressful, especially since it was a gift for my mum. They didn't even have the decency to offer any kind of compensation for all the hassle they caused us. It's just not right, mate.
Horse grooming kit
I got myself a horse grooming kit from this company and it was an absolute disaster! The brushes were really scratchy and the comb ended up breaking after just one use. I tried to get in touch with them regarding the issue, but all they said was that I had to pay to send it back. It's not right, the things they're selling should be of a good standard! They clearly don't value their customers in the slightest.
Gilet
I bought a gilet from your company, but it turned out to be too big for me. I sent it back the same day it arrived, paying £5.90 for shipping. Sadly, the warehouse couldn't find the gilet, so I didn't get a refund or a replacement. I'm pretty let down by this, so I won't be shopping with you again. I'll stick to equestrian stores I know or bigger online platforms like Amazon from now on.
Difficult Return Process
I had a nightmare dealing with this company when I tried to return a product. They didn't give me a return address on the form, and I couldn't get hold of them through email, contact form, or Facebook messages. Even calling them led me to an automated service that was useless. It's so annoying dealing with such terrible customer service, and now I'm thinking about disputing the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.
Unfulfilled order
I went online and ordered some stuff, paid for it with my debit card. But, I never got my things or heard anything about what's happening with my order. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times but no luck. This silent treatment and not getting my stuff has left me feeling really let down and unhappy.

I got an email saying that my order was sent, but after two weeks, I still hadn't got the boots. I contacted customer service to find out what was going on, and they said they were working on it. However, nothing happened for nearly another week. In the end, I had to threaten to challenge the transaction with my credit card to get a refund. It's been four weeks now, and I still haven't got the boots - I'm starting to think they were never sent. Disappointed with how things went, I decided to get the same boots from another brand, Kwazar, and they arrived in just three days. Overall, dealing with Equestrian Co. was frustrating and didn't get me anywhere, which made me feel like I wasted my time.
1-3 day delivery
I'm really annoyed with myself for trusting this website! I paid £14.99 for fast delivery, but it's been 8 days and I still haven't received my goods. I sent them an email 3 days ago and haven't gotten a response. I've requested a refund now, but still nothing! This Equestrian Co company has awful service, and I'm determined to get my money back!
Faulty item, no response
I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I bought something that turned out to be faulty and when I tried to return it, I got nowhere. Their customer service was non-existent - no response, no refund. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
