Leather handbag
I recently bought a really nice leather handbag from this shop, and even though the bag itself is great, I wasn't too happy with the customer service I got. I decided to pay a bit extra for gift wrapping, but when the gift box arrived it was damaged and the ribbon was hanging off. It was pretty clear that it wasn't damaged during delivery, but just a lack of care when packing it up. On top of that, the dust bag that came with the bag was dirty and stained, which just made me even more disappointed.
I got in touch with the company to tell them about these issues, but all they offered was a replacement gift box which I didn't really want. They didn't even mention anything about a refund for the damaged packaging or the dirty dust bag, which made me feel like they didn't really appreciate me as a customer. The bag itself is really good quality and looks amazing in my collection, but the lack of care and attention to detail in their customer service was a bit of a letdown, especially considering they're supposed to be a luxury brand.Review about: Marks and Spencer
Lost wallet, helpful staff
So, you know what happened? I went and lost my wallet in the shop. It was a right old disaster because all my money for sweets was in there. But then, would you believe it, this woman called Pam came along and was like a guardian angel. She helped me out and took my details. And guess what? Later on, the night cleaner found my wallet! Those two really deserve a gold star for being so kind. The service they provided was truly amazing, and it made me so happy.
