I came across Aspinal from a youtube video for affordable luxury brands and I am hooked! I love it so much I’ve purchased multiple items over the last few weeks for the same price as 1 LV bag I wanted to buy that isn’t even leather!!
Dispatch is super quick, usually same day. Delivery within 3 days for all orders, customer service very polite and fast to respond Finishing with a follow up survey.
Beautiful items that are very well made.
I’m not sure how these other reviews had such a bad experience from one purchase when I’ve got nothing to fault from multiple!
The website clearly states personalised items are non refundable which is why I haven’t personalised any!

I decided to treat myself to a luxury leather handbag and after thinking about it for a while, I chose a brand that I had my eye on. There were lots of choices available, and I was happy to see that there was a sale happening, which was the perfect time for me to buy it. However, I was disappointed when the sale codes didn't work properly. Luckily, after contacting customer service by email, Emily helped me out. She not only sorted out the issue with the codes but also helped me pick the right bag and placed my order. Her amazing service, patience, and willingness to help at every stage made the shopping experience much more enjoyable. The bag arrived quickly at my door, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I received a small Credit Card wallet as a present for Christmas (purchased in Harrods, London) There are no details printed on the box except ASPINAL of LONDON. No leaflet or information as to the type of leather/material the wallet is made of or country of origin. The quality certainly in not great as even without any cards inserted it will not close as the top ‘leaf’ stays raised. I would have appreciated it more if I had got a PLASTIC wallet worth £3.99. The price charged for ‘Aspinal of London’ goods is completely over the top. I for one would never purchase any of their products. A very disappointing CHRISTMAS PRESENT.

I bought three Bees from Aspinal of London recently, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality. I have 2 London Tote bags which I love.the zip of one came away after I used it a few times. I emailed and posted the item back and it was replaced within a few days. I was very impressed. I also bought a diary in the sale last March because the one I was using fell apart. After 9 months it is as good as new. I am considering buying a diary although it is really out of my price range. I have found both the quality of the items and customer service of a high standard.
Midi Mayfair Bag Online Purchase
I ordered this bag online from abroad and it actually arrived a good 3 days before I was expecting it to. It's a really beautiful and unique bag, and the prices weren't too bad either. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with one of the stitches on the bag. But all in all, I'm pretty pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to others.
Faulty tote bag
So, I have this tote bag that cost a lot, right? And the rubber on the straps is beginning to peel off! I mean, come on, for that amount of money, you'd expect it to be flawless! I contacted them about it, and they actually wanted to charge me more to fix it! Can you believe that? Then they suggested I buy a new bag with a discount, but why would I want another one if this is already falling apart? Honestly, I won't be purchasing from them again. Premium brand, what a joke!

I recently got this really cute bag from this website and I absolutely adore it! The website was really easy to navigate and I managed to find exactly what I was after. However, when my order was dispatched, there was a bit of a mix-up with the address and some of it ended up getting lost in transit to me.

Aspinal sells really fancy stuff at really high prices. So, if you're completely sure about what you want and willing to splash the cash, then go for it. But just a heads up, if you're thinking of getting an expensive gift, be careful because it might be tricky to get a refund if the person doesn't like it. Also, deliveries can take a bit of time, so get ready to wait around.
Faulty handbag handle
I bought a handbag for my mum not long ago, and the handle fell off after hardly using it. I got in touch with the company, and they said I'd have to fork out £25 for a new handle for a bag that cost £500. It's not on for a fancy brand like that, and it shows they don't care much about their customers.
Leather handbag
I recently bought a really nice leather handbag from this shop, and even though the bag itself is great, I wasn't too happy with the customer service I got. I decided to pay a bit extra for gift wrapping, but when the gift box arrived it was damaged and the ribbon was hanging off. It was pretty clear that it wasn't damaged during delivery, but just a lack of care when packing it up. On top of that, the dust bag that came with the bag was dirty and stained, which just made me even more disappointed.
I got in touch with the company to tell them about these issues, but all they offered was a replacement gift box which I didn't really want. They didn't even mention anything about a refund for the damaged packaging or the dirty dust bag, which made me feel like they didn't really appreciate me as a customer. The bag itself is really good quality and looks amazing in my collection, but the lack of care and attention to detail in their customer service was a bit of a letdown, especially considering they're supposed to be a luxury brand.Product return
I've just had to send something back and was gutted to see that I got charged for the postage and taxes on the return. I didn't realise this would happen and it caught me off guard. If I'd known beforehand, I might have thought about keeping it or swapping it instead. It's put me off and I won't be buying from them again.
Gift purchase for birthday
I recently bought a birthday present and went for the 48-hour delivery option. Even though it was a bank holiday, I was really pleased when the postman brought my order in under 24 hours. The gift was well packaged, and the person I gave it to was really happy. I will definitely suggest this company to others and will definitely buy from them again in the future.

I got a wallet, a folder, and some bags from here ages ago and they've lasted me forever. They're such good quality that I've never had to replace them. Aspinal is fantastic!
