it turned up several days late. I tried the online chat and felt fobbed off, emails went unanswered and when I finally got through on the phone the woman sounded rushed and said she'd email me back (nope). Had to ring again two days later. The bag itself is fine and I actually like it, but the strap's faulty and I'm not keen on battling for a replacement. Bit disappointed, could've saved money elsewhere.
Bag is great, admin isn't
months after delivery I got a customs duty invoice, sent it to their support with the paperwork, and heard nothing. A year later a debt collector turned up. Still, the bag itself has been great day-to-day, I use it every day and it holds up. I'm annoyed at the lack of follow-through and I'm trying to get them to sort the charge; if they fix it I'll update. Bit stressful, but product-wise I'm pleased.
Large Lottie navy and merlot bag
Defective bag and terrible customer service. I spent over $1,000 dollars and only used it 5 times. I am embarrassed to use it any more.
Frustratingly flawed finish
a hole on the front of one, a deep scratch across the other. I’ve now returned three bags. Using them felt fine in terms of comfort and strap length, but you can’t ignore visible damage. For the price I expected proper checks. It’s disappointing; a shame because parts of the bag — lining and hardware — were surprisingly good.
Wrong shade, messy follow-up
nice leather, neat initials, proper presenty. Then the colour: not Cognac at all but a deep reddish tone, quite feminine really, and nothing like the product photo. I emailed straight away with photos. Their reply was curt and basically said it looks the same on their screen, so they weren’t doing anything. Because I’d chosen personalised initials they refused a return — fair policy, but not when the item you sent doesn’t match the advert. I chased again, got no proper answer, and the listing has been removed since. Bit of enthusiasm at the start, but the poor delivery accuracy and lacklustre customer service left a bad taste. Won’t recommend it like I did before, sadly.
Colour mix-up but happy in the end
I was a bit sceptical when the pouch arrived — I’d ordered Cognac brown for my boyfriend and opened it to find a much redder shade, quite girly really. I emailed them with photos and at first got a bit of a shrug, which annoyed me, especially as I’d added his initials so returning felt tricky. Anyway, I pressed on and followed up and after the usual back-and-forth they agreed to swap it. The replacement turned up in the right colour and, honestly, the leather feels lovely — soft, satiny on the outside, sturdy stitching, and the little compartments fit his clippers and files perfectly. The initials look smart and not overdone. It’s a compact case that actually makes grooming feel a bit posh, which was a nice surprise. A couple of bumps in communication at the start, but once it was sorted I was properly pleased. Compared to other companies who fob you off, this one eventually sorted it, so I’ll give them another go.
Almost a Christmas disaster
if you order gifts, double-check the dimensions and don’t count on gift-wrap being done unless you’re prepared to chase them up. Keep photos and receipts, and be ready to ring more than once.
I’d like them to fix their responses and be honest about product scale on the site. For now I’ll probably look elsewhere for presents, though I won’t swear off the brand forever; it just needs to sort its service out. Hopefully they will read this feedback and improve soon.Personalized pen gift

Three Bees purchase
I bought three Bees from Aspinal of London recently, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality. You can tell they put a lot of effort and skill into making these items as soon as you pick them up. The website really doesn't show how beautiful they are in real life. The leather is top-notch and the design is absolutely gorgeous. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping there again.
Faulty tote bag
So, I have this tote bag that cost a lot, right? And the rubber on the straps is beginning to peel off! I mean, come on, for that amount of money, you'd expect it to be flawless! I contacted them about it, and they actually wanted to charge me more to fix it! Can you believe that? Then they suggested I buy a new bag with a discount, but why would I want another one if this is already falling apart? Honestly, I won't be purchasing from them again. Premium brand, what a joke!
Cute bag
I recently got this really cute bag from this website and I absolutely adore it! The website was really easy to navigate and I managed to find exactly what I was after.
