Personalized pen gift
I bought a personalised pen for a mate and I have to say, the service I got at that place was top-notch. The staff were really professional and super helpful, making sure everything was sorted and the gift arrived on time. Three Bees purchase
I bought three Bees from Aspinal of London recently, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality. You can tell they put a lot of effort and skill into making these items as soon as you pick them up. The website really doesn't show how beautiful they are in real life. The leather is top-notch and the design is absolutely gorgeous. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be shopping there again.
Faulty tote bag
So, I have this tote bag that cost a lot, right? And the rubber on the straps is beginning to peel off! I mean, come on, for that amount of money, you'd expect it to be flawless! I contacted them about it, and they actually wanted to charge me more to fix it! Can you believe that? Then they suggested I buy a new bag with a discount, but why would I want another one if this is already falling apart? Honestly, I won't be purchasing from them again. Premium brand, what a joke!

Aspinal sells really fancy stuff at really high prices. So, if you're completely sure about what you want and willing to splash the cash, then go for it. But just a heads up, if you're thinking of getting an expensive gift, be careful because it might be tricky to get a refund if the person doesn't like it. Also, deliveries can take a bit of time, so get ready to wait around.

I got in touch with the company, and they said I'd have to fork out £25 for a new handle for a bag that cost £500. It's not on for a fancy brand like that, and it shows they don't care much about their customers.

I recently bought a really nice leather handbag from this shop, and even though the bag itself is great, I wasn't too happy with the customer service I got. I decided to pay a bit extra for gift wrapping, but when the gift box arrived it was damaged and the ribbon was hanging off. It was pretty clear that it wasn't damaged during delivery, but just a lack of care when packing it up. On top of that, the dust bag that came with the bag was dirty and stained, which just made me even more disappointed.
I got in touch with the company to tell them about these issues, but all they offered was a replacement gift box which I didn't really want. They didn't even mention anything about a refund for the damaged packaging or the dirty dust bag, which made me feel like they didn't really appreciate me as a customer. The bag itself is really good quality and looks amazing in my collection, but the lack of care and attention to detail in their customer service was a bit of a letdown, especially considering they're supposed to be a luxury brand.Product return
I've just had to send something back and was gutted to see that I got charged for the postage and taxes on the return. I didn't realise this would happen and it caught me off guard. Late international express gift order
I ordered a gift online for my friend's 40th birthday, and I was really hoping it would arrive on time for her special day. I paid extra for international express delivery to the UAE, but unfortunately, the gift didn't show up until several days after her birthday. The website said they would deliver in 1-2 days, but the order didn't even leave the UK until the day after I placed it. I tried contacting customer service for help, but I only got one unhelpful response before they stopped replying altogether. It's pretty clear that they don't value their customers, especially considering all the complaints about their terrible customer service.

I recently bought a lovely leather handbag from this company in time for Christmas, hoping to have it in time for the holidays. Unfortunately, it didn't turn up when expected, and when I called to ask about it, the customer service was no help at all. They told me it was out of stock just two days before Christmas. When the bag eventually arrived, I was disappointed to find that the quality was poor. The clasp was already rusted and didn't work properly. On top of that, sending it back was a real headache. I'm hoping they can sort out a replacement without any more issues.
Midi Mayfair Bag Online Purchase
I ordered this bag online from abroad and it actually arrived a good 3 days before I was expecting it to. It's a really beautiful and unique bag, and the prices weren't too bad either. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with one of the stitches on the bag. But all in all, I'm pretty pleased with my purchase and would definitely suggest it to others.
London Midi Tote
Don't bother buying from Aspinal, Bought a London Midi Tote in the sale, zip broke after using it once and have returned it. Since then been given the runaround by their Customer services regarding a refund. Have now been told that as the bag wasn't returned in the box I am unable to get a refund, even though the bag is faulty. Also told that the bag was crushed when they received this, find this hard to believe as it was packaged and wrapped with care. I get the impression they are not interested in issuing refunds or providing customer service. I doubt I will get my refund back. There is no appreciation from Aspinal of customer service and they are clearly not bothered if you never shop with them again.
