Review about: Insync Bikes
Ryedale Malton - Teal 700C bicycle
I purchased the above bike from INSYNC bikes online, and had a local bike shop to put it together as it arrived in parts; they also replaced very low quality original break pads. The chain train appeared uneven after a week or so of cycling, so the chain started getting stuck and would come off frequently. The INSYNC support wouldn't cover the repairs and suggested fixing it myself as 'it's not their issue' due to the fact that I changed the unusable break pads - completely unrelated!! Forward a couple of weeks now, the chain snapped while cycling yesterday, throwing me off the bike - luckily only a few scratches on me due to low traffic on the road.
Now I am left with unusable bike - clearly faulty and dangerous to use,
and a seller that wouldn't admit selling faulty goods online.
REYDALE bikes - stay away as seems to be using low quality parts.
INSYNC bikes retailer - stay away for your own good.
