Child's bike
I got my daughter a child's bike back in December as a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when I put it together on Christmas eve, I found quite a few problems. The wheel was bent, there was paint missing at the back, and the whole thing looked wonky like it had been treated badly in delivery. I got in touch with the company straight away, but it's been four months now and my daughter still doesn't have a working bike. The company doesn't seem bothered about fixing things and they haven't been very good at keeping in touch or showing any understanding. They offered me a measly £20 refund, even though I spent £200 on a bike that's not even safe to use. I've reported them to trading standards because I just can't believe how little they seem to care about making their customers happy.
Bicycle delivery
I recently bought a bike from Insync Bikes and had a bit of an issue with the delivery. Initially, I was told it would come on the 29th, but by the 1st, I hadn't heard anything or received the bike. This lack of communication made me a bit worried, especially after reading reviews of others not getting their bikes. But after getting in touch with Insync Bikes, the bike did arrive a day or so later. Despite this bump in the road, I have to say we are really happy with the quality of the bike. It seems to be a well-made bike made in the UK, which is always a good thing in my opinion.
Electric bike purchase
I bought an electric bike from Insync Bikes recently and I'm really impressed with how good it is. I've ridden about 200 miles on it so far and it's proven to be sturdy and reliable. I've only had to do some small maintenance tasks, like tightening bolts and oiling the chain. The headlight linked to the battery did stop working, but the Insync customer service team dealt with it quickly and sent a replacement straight away. I was really grateful for how fast and professional they were in sorting it out.
Bike purchase, assembly issue, customer service
I bought a bike from this shop not long ago and had a bit of trouble putting it together. But, the customer service was really great. I sent them an email to explain what had happened, and they got back to me the next working day, which was a nice surprise. The team was really understanding and said they'd send me the replacement parts I needed under the warranty. I'm so grateful for their help and for going the extra mile to get my bike sorted out.

I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got from this company. They delivered my electric bike quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed about when it would arrive. The customer service after I bought it was outstanding too, they sorted out all my questions and worries right away. The price was reasonable for the excellent product I got - it was top quality. I'm really impressed and will definitely buy from them again.
Bike purchase
I bought a bike from Insync Bikes not long ago and, sadly, the front forks arrived bent because they weren't handled properly in transit. Nonetheless, the customer service team were really professional and efficient in sorting it out. They were quick to say sorry for the hassle and gave me the choice of a new bike or better forks. I decided to go for the upgraded forks to save the bother of sending the whole bike back. The team kept me updated really well with several calls, which was impressive. All in all, I was really impressed with how quickly they dealt with and solved the problem.
20 inch hybrid bike
I got my amazing 20-inch hybrid bike from Insync Bikes about a year back, and let me tell you, it was the best choice I ever made! The bike is fantastic, and it didn't cost me a fortune either. It feels like gliding through the streets effortlessly. But then, disaster struck - my derailleur got all messed up after a small crash. I was worried because I couldn't ride my beloved bike, but Insync came to my rescue! They were so helpful and quickly got me the replacement part I needed. Thanks to them, I was back on the road in no time. Insync Bikes, you're awesome!
Child's bike part missing
I had a bit of a problem with a child's bike part missing after I bought it. I contacted customer service, filled out a form online, and Geeta got back to me straight away. She was so helpful and quickly sorted everything out. A new part was sent out within hours, and I'm really pleased with how fast and efficient they were. I couldn't be happier with the service - it was excellent! Huge thanks to Geeta for going the extra mile to fix the issue.
Wrong size bike
I messed up when I ordered a new bike online and got the wrong size. But when I got in touch with the aftersales team at the store, I was really impressed by how helpful and caring they were. Damaged bike purchase
The team at Insync has been absolutely fantastic in sorting out all the problems I had with my bike after it got damaged. Even though there were some issues with the courier, they really made an extra effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Their customer service was top-notch and I'm grateful for all the hard work they put in to fix everything.
Replacement bike sensor part
I recently bought a new bike sensor part from this company and they were honestly amazing. I got a used bike from a mate and accidentally broke the sensor. A local bike mechanic suggested this company to me, and I'm so glad he did. I got in touch with them and they were really helpful and generous. They talked me through my problem and quickly sent me the part I needed. When it arrived, I had a bit of trouble with the installation, but they were patient and explained everything to me. I am so thankful for their great service and help. Big thanks to the team at this company.
Bike assembly and setup
I bought a bike from Insync Bikes and thought I'd have a go at putting it together using the manual they gave me. Unfortunately, I hit a snag with the front wheel when it started wobbling during a test ride. After having a closer look, I saw that the wheel bearing had come loose. Even though I followed the instructions to tighten the front wheel, I was told I hadn't done it properly and it was my fault. I think it's important for customers to get the right help and support when putting together a product, especially when safety is involved.
Faulty bike
Hey everyone, just a heads up - my grandson bought a bike from somewhere else, and it broke after only four rides. The manufacturer wouldn't replace it, saying it was just a loose bolt that could be easily fixed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this bike from any shops that sell it.
New bike gears
My new bike gears broke after only 10 rides! I tried to get some help, but it took forever for them to respond. Then, they told me they requested a replacement a whole week ago, but I'm still waiting! They haven't offered any refund or compensation. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. I'm really angry about it!
Broken brake handle, inadequate customer service
My experience at InSync Bikes was really frustrating. Firstly, I had to deal with a broken brake handle on a bike I bought in October, which really scared me when my daughter was near a busy road. On top of that, the receptionist sent me an email with someone else's details, which is a big problem with GDPR. The company's responses to these issues have not been good enough. I have a warranty for the bike, which broke after only 3 times using it, so now it's totally useless. I'm not happy at all with the service I've got from them.

I got a really good bargain on a bike in the sale, but when it came to delivery, it was a complete nightmare. Despite being told it had been sent out, it ended up taking nearly two weeks to get to me. After getting in touch with them, they did eventually fix the problem and sent a replacement bike which arrived within three days. The customer service was really impressive, but the delivery let them down.

I bought a bike for my granddaughter and was really pleased with how fast it was delivered. There was a little hiccup with a missing part, which was actually my fault. But the customer service team sorted it out quickly and effectively. I'm really pleased with my order and I can't wait to see my granddaughter's reaction when she gets her new bike on her birthday.
Electric bike purchase keywords
I recently got myself an electric bike from Insync Bikes and I've got to say, I'm chuffed with it. I took it out for a spin this evening for about an hour and a half, and it was so smooth. Even on gentle slopes, the bike handled really well, and I felt at ease whether I was on cycle paths or roads. My husband also grabbed a rear battery light, which made our ride feel a bit safer. However, I couldn't find a switch for the front light, and as it started getting dark by the time I got home, I got a bit worried. It would be great if the instructions were clearer on how to operate the lights.
Kids bike
Bought bike for my daughter, recieved it with a massive dent in the frame which has compromised the structural integrity of the bike, there is also scratches on the bike like it's been dropped,I have emailed and requested a partial refund for the bike and I would be happy to accept this, will update this once response recieved or pursue via CC
