Was able to use my ticket
A rugby game between New Zealand was coming up and I decided to go watch it with 2 of my friends. I placed orders for ticket 2 days before but didn't get an immediate response. After 24 hours, I contacted their customer service department through their phone number and the issue was resolved immediately. I was able to proceed to watch the match. The ticket was approved and we got a comfortable space from where we viewed the match. I am grateful to the apt response of the customer service representative that attended to me. I would have missed the match if the issue was not sorted out immediately.
