I signed up for some A-level courses and honestly was really impressed with the services they offered. Mr. James stands out in particular - he gave me loads of helpful info that really helped me out with my studies. I really appreciate all his support and guidance during my time at this college.

Free trial cancellation issue
Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd try it out and signed up for the free trial. Sadly, like lots of other people, I had problems when I tried to cancel and still got charged after cancelling on time. Feeling annoyed, I got in touch with customer service and was happy that Tina was really helpful and nice. She told me I'd get a full refund and sure enough, the money was back in my bank account when she said it would be. I'm grateful for how quickly this issue got sorted, and want to say thanks to Tina for her help.
