    Wedding jewellery order

    I ordered some jewellery for my wedding and I have to say, it's been a bit of a letdown. Ever since I placed my order, there's been radio silence for over a week. When I reached out to customer service, all I got was an automated response with a link to track my order. The tracking info just said "unfulfilled" without any details on when my stuff is actually going to arrive. This lack of communication is really bothering me, especially because this is for my wedding, it's a big deal! I've already been charged a pretty penny for these items, and not knowing when they'll actually get here is making me feel really worried and let down. I was hoping for a great, exciting experience while shopping for bridal jewellery, but it's been anything but that. I've tried contacting customer service through email and social media, but no luck. The fact that there's no phone number to call just makes it even more frustrating, like my concerns are being ignored. I've asked for a refund and to cancel my order, because it seems like I won't be getting my jewellery anytime soon.
