Souk garden fountain/water feature
beware of a great looking website, but terrible customer service and sub-standard products! I should've read more reviews before buying from them, but I haven't, and now I'm paying the price (pardon the pun!)!
I have bought a water feature (i.e. garden fountain), Souk style, paid £365 for it, it looks great but it's absolutely terrible, as it has a very strong pump which makes the whole thing extremely noisy, you cannot sit next to it! It is not relaxing at all, in fact, it is extremely bothersome, if you sit next to it, you cannot have a normal conversation, as it is drowned by the noise of the water coming down the faucet. I have complained immediately to their customer service (how convenient, no telephone no!) and I've been asked REPEATEDLY to confirm my order no, send photos, send videos, all this time dealing with just person, Joe, which seems to have very limited understanding of the issue and what it means to have an unhappy customer. I am now forced to open a case with my credit card company and left with a product that looks great but it's completely useless and impractical and it cannot be used for its actual purpose! UNNACEPTABLE AND SHAMEFUL.
