Copper Pendant Light
I have to say, I was really impressed by the fantastic customer service I received. You know, the type of service where the advisor completely understands your issue right away and quickly resolves it. This Johnathon guy really knew his stuff, consulted with his manager, and before you know it, problem solved in no time at all. It's been ages since I encountered such outstanding service - it honestly felt like a blast from the past when people actually cared. So, huge props to Johnathon and the team for making my experience so positive. I can't wait to see my new Copper Pendant Light up and shining!
Camile console table purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying from this company after hearing about the change in ownership earlier this year. But I took the plunge and ordered the Camile console table anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when the furniture arrived right on time and was delivered with care. The packaging was really professional and strong, making sure my purchase arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the product also impressed me. I'm happy I didn't cancel my order like I was thinking of doing at first.
Furniture delivery
I've just bought some furniture from your company and I have to say, I was really happy with how everything went. The delivery guys, Danyal and Milandeep, were great - really professional and got the job done quickly. They carried everything up two flights of stairs and unpacked it all carefully. Garden chair purchase
I bought a garden chair from this company not long ago and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went. Kevin, the guy who helped me out, was top-notch. He really listened, acted professional, and did everything he could to sort out a problem I had with the delivery. The delivery guys weren't as careful as I'd hoped with my chair, but Kevin sorted it out quick and made sure I got a replacement in perfect condition.

I bought some furniture from this company not long ago, and I have to say I was really impressed with how great the quality and style of the products were. They looked just like they did on the website, but even better in real life. The delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. Replacement table lamp
I had to ask the company for another replacement table lamp not long ago, and despite a small mix-up with the delivery address, the lamp got to me in great shape. Jenna from customer service was really helpful in sorting it all out, and I'm thankful for her making sure my order was all good. All in all, I'm happy with how everything was sorted out and with the lamp itself.
Marble table delivery
The customer service at this company is brilliant. Giurpreet, Fareed, and their colleague were amazing when they delivered a heavy marble table to my flat on the 2nd floor. They were so professional and dedicated to making sure I was happy. I'm really grateful for all their hard work and their friendly approach.
Replacement product sent promptly
The replacement came pretty quickly after my first order got messed up during delivery. The customer service team was really good and sorted it out easily, making sure I got the replacement fast. I was really impressed with how fast they fixed the problem and how little bother it was.
Recent sofa purchase
The delivery team, H Deol & Akash Tim, were really great! They helped unbox everything and took away all the packaging too. But, putting the sofa together was a bit tricky because the instructions weren't very clear. Despite that, I absolutely love the sofa.
Grey Linen Upholstered Dining Chairs
I was really annoyed because I ended up being charged double the cost of postage for my order, even though the advertised price was different. They said it was a 'system error', which made me question how careful and honest they were as a company. They did eventually give me a refund when I asked for it, but the fact that they didn't even say sorry really let me down. Not to mention, they didn't keep me updated on my order at all - I had to keep chasing them for information, which is not what I would expect from a company with a good reputation. They also promised to call me back about it but never did, just showing how unreliable they are. To sum it up, my experience with this company was really disappointing and not what I had hoped for.

Only got one box in first delivery
The first delivery was a nightmare, just one box arrived and the delivery guys mistakenly took the other one. It was such a hassle trying to get the second box delivered. And then, the second delivery was a total disaster, they forgot to even put the box in the van! Customer service was no help at all, never bothering to call me back or provide new delivery dates until I constantly nagged them on the phone. I would definitely recommend staying away from this place.
Pre-ordered item
I pre-ordered something to arrive in April, but it's nearly June now, and there's still no sign of it. I've tried contacting customer service several times, but I haven't heard back at all. It's pretty ironic that they took my money so quickly, but can't seem to deliver what I paid for on time. I'm more than just disappointed, this is really frustrating.
Garden furniture set missing parts
I bought this garden furniture set and was really looking forward to it, but when it finally arrived, I was gutted to find out that some parts were missing! I tried to get in touch with them through emails and phone calls, but it seemed like they were just ignoring me. I even sent them photos and details of the product, but it didn't make any difference. I requested a refund, but they haven't taken any action yet. It's so annoying and disappointing!
Broken gift delivery
I bought a present for my sister in February, but unfortunately, it arrived broken on three different occasions. We did as the company said each time by sending photos and returning the item, but the problem still isn't fixed as of June. To add to the problem, they said the items were out of warranty and wouldn't replace or refund them. Their constant mess-ups in giving me a working product have caused a lot of hassle and annoyance. I strongly recommend steering clear of this company because of their awful customer service and logistics.
Faulty corner sofa
I was really let down by the corner sofa I bought from your company. It broke after only one day, so I was pretty annoyed. I got in touch with customer service right away, and after a couple of tries, they managed to sort out collecting it and replacing it. I'm thankful that they got it all sorted in the end. The delivery team, headed by Onkar Singh, were fantastic at taking apart the broken sofa and getting rid of it.
Home decor items
I bought some home decor stuff from this company recently. The products were really good and just like they were shown on the website. However, the delivery was a bit frustrating. Even though the delivery drivers, Onkar and Anil, were nice and quick, I had a couple of times where they didn't show up on the days we had agreed. It was annoying because I had to change my plans to be home for the delivery.
New cushion cover
So I got this cushion cover, yeah? And I was really excited to put it on my cushion and make my room look all cute and everything. But then, you won't believe what happened. The delivery was a complete nightmare! The courier said they'd drop it off yesterday between 8am and 8pm, so I stayed in all day waiting. Then at 8.01pm they were like, "Sorry, it'll be Monday now." Seriously, come on! It's only a cushion cover, not exactly rocket science!
