Cox & Cox Customer have be exceptionally bad! I have pre-ordered my Garden Dinning Furniture on 2nd March and advertised on the COX & COX website as delivery on early May. When I didn't received any communication from them I contacted the C/C on 9th May and was promised by both email and phone that I would receive by their partner courier a notification of delivery within 3 days. These days came and go and yet an other call by myself to C/C and same promises again.Today we are 26th May and finally after various complains and emails to C/C and the promise that as supervisor would contact me within 48hours, I was not. I had to call in again and waste 2 hour of my time to only be told they had "packaging" issues and my dining set would be delivered to me in the next (please try to guess) 3-5 working days. Looks like this is the stock answer for everything.

I've used Cox and Cox regularly over the years, but in the past 12 months their delivery service has really down graded. They provided me with a date and each time it slipped by weeks at a time.
It was the usual excuses, Brexit, the Suez Canal and Covid, I said to them I didn't mind if it is going to take 3 months, but make sure you hit that date... they didn't and in fact had a 40% discount on the boot rack over successive delays.
Nice products, but poor delivery and customer service. Recommend to not use them until they sort these areas out.
Ravenna Outdoor Dining Set
After spending days/weeks searching for the perfect outdoor table for our deck we decided to push the boat out on this set as it looked perfect. Cost a lot more than we had planned to spend (£800) but we viewed it as a long-term investment. How wrong we were! Within 5 months the surface finish has lifted off. Cox and Cox suggest bringing the table and bench seats indoors in wet weather! Not practical for outdoor furniture and British weather where rain is fairly consistent during the winter (and summer too!). Who realistically has the space to bring a 6ft table indoors every time it rains? So disappointed in the way the washed wood finish has simply washed off. Worried now that the wood will start to rot. Have bought a cover for it and will treat it when the weather improves. This set replaced an £80 Homebase table that we had for around 15 years with no problems. Proves you don't always get what you pay for. Overall disappointed with the product - especially considering the high price and long wait. Would not buy from here again.

Wish I had read the reviews first! Used Cox & Cox a couple of years ago with no problems but this time! Order placed on 26 November for a gift for Christmas and some delay was expected but it doesn't look like it's arriving any time soon if at all! Automated reply to emails then nothing, no answer from customer service. I Paid by credit card so hopefully they might help if nothing arrives. Won't be using C&C again. If they don't have the goods they shouldn't take our money.

Exactly the same issues as other reviews. Cox & Cox are pushing out their marketing material and quick to take orders.
However, they lie about their delivery dates and fail to fulfil their orders. When you email the customer services, they respond using generic emails, which tell you not to email again or you will lose your place in the queue. I am seriously concerned I have lost over £700 in the outstanding orders I placed 2 months ago.
Avoid this company at all costs. Very good at taking your money but after that don’t expect a lot not even the items you’ve ordered. Don’t bother emailing them as you. Get no reply. I’ve called customer service who seem to be robotic told my items are in the warehouse ready to ship but 6 weeks on nothing has arrived ABOID, AVOID, AVOID
Wire Vegetable basket and stand
The product was completely useless and didn't work at all. It cost over £100 and looked and felt like a piece of junk. Most importantly it was useless - you couldn't actually use it to put anything in without it falling apart. But the worst part was the returns process, which basically is fraudulent. Needless to say, after 4 weeks, it's still sitting in our living room with no prospect that I can see of returning it.
NEVER buy anything from this total scam of a company.
Same story as above. Website and ordering process is fine, but delivery is bordering on being a scam. I'm unsure whether it is intentional or just that the company is a calamity, but do not expect to receive your goods in a timely manner or even at all.
I've had delivery slots just pass with no explanation. Slots rebooked repeatedly. Dates moved constantly. Unless your a ..., save your money. Customer service is utterly useless and incapable of anything beyond reading off a script.
Wicker Hall Storage
Its a very simple message from me DO NOT order anything with a pre order delivery date from this company. Ordered and paid for in February and didnt receive until September despite multiple phone calls some very stern some pleading and appealing to their better nature (they dont have one). This is a truely unprofessional set up leaving me worried that I was going to lose money as I just could not understand how they didnt go bankrupt. Customer Service seem to bleat out a pre prepared script, dont ring back when they promise to, dont let you escalate your concerns, lie about delivery dates, do not offer to chase with suppliers. Do not expect them to do anything except act as a telephone answering service. BUYER BEWARE. Cant tell you how stressful it was dealing with this Company. Sorry about the one star rating but site doesnt allow any less.
Same here! Spent over £1000 on 4 barstools cannot believe how many times a company can over promise and under deliver within a single transaction! Just awaiting for my 10th Email update to simply extend my waiting time, and customer service is exactly as you stated, twice on making direct enquiries l have been informed yes they are in stock and awaiting a 7 day quality check, before delivery, to be told 7 days later, No the were never in stock, begs belief. We emailed customer relations, and asked for a simple answer as to the whereabouts of our order, was in still in the country of manufacture, at sea, in a uk port, they had no real idea other than it was likely!!.. to have been shipped, and an estimated delivery of late October 2021…….followed 2 days later by a customer update email showing early October! Which confirms, that with this company the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing! Excuse me Just need to clear the feathers from my throat !! Rant over enough said!
