I would never purchase from e&e ever again! I’ve never written a bad review before, but on this occasion I was so shocked with the atrocious customer service that I felt needed to voice this to other shoppers. Worst customer service. WORST!!

Purchase my CBD at Kat's natural
As helpful as CBDs could seem to be. I do not purchase them anywhere. Buying CBDs that are not well made would cause more harm than good to the body. That is why I purchase my CBD oils from Kat's Naturals because they make use of natural and safe materials to produce their product. It comes with a certificate of analysis that you would be aware of what you are buying. I have been using their products for 2years now and have no complaints. It works perfectly fine. I have recommended it to 3 colleagues of mine and have positive reviews about it.
Review about: Erborian
I got my product exchanged early than expected
I am a lover of Erborian products for years. When it comes to my beauty product I do not go far Erborian offers more than enough. However, a mix-up happened a few months ago. I ordered red lipstick among other products but was delivered a gold color. I contacted customer care who gave me the procedure to return the goods if it is still in it original state. Thank God I discovered earlier and had not destroyed the package. I returned it and was given my red lipstick which I originally ordered for. It was quite fast and I am quite impressed. Great customer service and delivery.
