Necklace and earrings set
I was really let down by the jewellery store I bought from recently. I ordered this gorgeous necklace and earrings set, but when my package arrived, there was only the necklace inside. I've sent a bunch of emails to their customer service team, but I still haven't heard back about the missing earrings. I even tried calling them, but there's no phone number to get through to them. It's so annoying not being able to get in touch with them after spending money on their stuff.
Fashion jewellery and bracelets purchase
I bought some really nice fashion jewellery and bracelets for women from this store not too long ago, and I have to say I was really pleased with the quality and choice they had. The pieces were all so stylish and different, and I got lots of nice comments on them when I wore them. It was really easy to place my order, and the customer service was spot on. The prices were fair for the quality of the items, and the delivery was fast and efficient. I'd definitely recommend this store to anyone who wants cool and reasonably priced jewellery.
Necklace purchase
I bought a necklace from a jewellery shop not long ago and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with how things turned out. The necklace broke after just a few times wearing it, which is really not on considering how much I paid for it. I tried getting in touch with them by email and on social media, but they didn't even bother replying to me. This lack of customer service is not what I was expecting from a shop that's supposed to be well-respected. I'd suggest avoiding this place if you care about getting good quality products and decent customer service.
Necklace for a birthday gift
I ordered a necklace for a birthday present nearly two weeks back, thinking it'd be here in 2-3 days. But no sign of it yet - the tracker still says it's 'being processed'. I've tried emailing and messaging them loads but no reply. And the phone number I found seems to be no good. This is really annoying me now, the whole thing has been a nightmare.
Diamond necklace purchase
I recently bought a diamond necklace from this shop, and to be honest, I was really disappointed with my experience. The delivery took ages, and when the necklace finally arrived, I saw that a stone was missing. I tried emailing customer service straight away, but I didn't get any response, even after contacting them a few times. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of this store because of their terrible customer service and lack of quality control.
Earrings purchase
I bought these earrings and thought they were pretty decent quality until I tried wearing them and they kept falling out because the hinge was loose. I tried reaching out to customer service through different ways like calling the shop, but didn't get any response to my messages or emails. And when I finally got through on the phone and explained what happened, they just hung up on me. Not a great experience overall, wouldn't recommend to others.
Watch purchase
I bought a watch from this company recently, but it didn't arrive when it was supposed to according to the website. After trying to get in touch with customer service a few times, I finally got a reply after three weeks. They said they couldn't find my parcel and would refund me. I'm grateful for the refund, but I was disappointed with the lack of communication and updates about my order.
Sterling silver ring with opals
I recently bought this really nice ring with opals, right? But then, one of the opals fell out after just 6 hours of wearing it! I was really disappointed, especially as I had to fly back home the next day. When I emailed customer service, they said, "Oh, we only do exchanges in store." What a pain! I live on the other side of the world! The quality of the jewellery was definitely not good and the customer service was a big disappointment.
gold rings
I purchased some rings from here online about a month ago. They didn't fit and so for the past 4 weeks I've been trying to return them but no reply from any of the 3 emails and even tried to return in store but for some reason you can't.

Items never arrived. Fobbed off to royal mail, making me do the chasing round. Absolute load of Rubbish - don't bother buying from here as you probably won't receive your items or your money back!

I would never purchase from e&e ever again! I’ve never written a bad review before, but on this occasion I was so shocked with the atrocious customer service that I felt needed to voice this to other shoppers. Worst customer service. WORST!!
earrings
this store has one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. My earrings broke within a month and I have emailed several times over the past few months and have still not received a response. When I messaged them on Instagram they responded (after a while) with a generic response that was not helpful to my case at all and when I queried this they never responded. Don't buy from here - bad quality products and even worse service.
3 pairs of earrings
The earrings are absolutely lovely with very unique design. However one of the staffs at the oxford street store was horrible to me. I asked kindly whether there would be a new pair since everyone has been touching the displayed pair, the staff looked offended and said ‘take it or leave it, that’s it.’ I was stunned by such horrible attitude. The experience was really bad. I won’t ever buy from the store again despite the nice earrings. Very disappointed.
