Faulty mattress replacement
I recently got a dodgy mattress from this company, which was a bit of a bummer. But to be fair, I have to give credit to their customer service team for sorting it out promptly and sending me a new one. Dianne and Gerald were really great, they kept me in the loop throughout the process. Even though it wasn't smooth sailing at first, their quick response and good service made me happy with how things turned out in the end.

Quick and efficient customer service
I was actually quite pleased with the customer service I got from this company. Despite having some doubts at first, the Customer Delight Team really helped me out in a prompt and professional way. I had a chat with a lady called Poppy, who was kind, friendly, and knew her stuff. Being deaf, I struggle with phone calls but Poppy made it all easy and enjoyable. She sorted out my problem quickly and I felt much better. I even placed a new order while she was helping me out. I have to say, Poppy is a real asset to the company. If you're after something special, give this company a go - I really do recommend them.
