Queen-size mattress from a national retailer
Around 18 months ago, I bought a queen-size mattress from a big store. However, recently I noticed a big lump in the middle of it. I tried rotating the mattress at first, hoping it would sort it out, but no luck - the lump was still there. When I got in touch with the company about it, they said I couldn't get warranty coverage from them because I bought it from a retailer. They told me to contact the shop instead. I was pretty disappointed because I thought the 10-year guarantee would cover problems like this. Finding out I had to sort it with the retailer myself instead of getting help directly from the company was annoying.
Bedframe, sturdy, Clearance
I bought a really nice bedframe from their sale back in April, and I've only just got around to putting it together after 8 weeks. Ordering it was easy and the delivery was straightforward. The instructions were alright, and I was surprised to find velcro straps for the slats rather than metal ones. It looks good, and I'm pleased with it up to now!

Comfortable Mattress
I've just bought a new mattress and it's made a huge difference to my sleep. It's super comfortable and gives great support for my back. I wake up feeling refreshed and well-rested, much better than with my old mattress. The only downside was the delivery service - the driver turned up on his own and I had to help him carry the box upstairs to my flat on the first floor. It would have been better if there had been two people to make the delivery go more smoothly.

I recently got a dodgy mattress from this company, which was a bit of a bummer. What a nightmare! I ordered a mattress topper and the first one they sent was the wrong size, then the replacement was the wrong type. The third one they sent was the wrong size again! It feels like a ridiculous joke that won't end. Customer service hasn't been helpful at all and I'm so frustrated. I just want a refund and to never deal with this company again.

I recently bought a bed frame, headboard, pillow, and mattress. The delivery process was a complete nightmare. I had to wait from the 22nd of March for the items to arrive, and when they finally showed up, they only brought 2 headboards and nothing else. It was really disappointing and frustrating to deal with such poor service.
Mattress purchase
I've been really let down by this company lately. The customer service people seem to be outsourced and can't really help with any problems. The product itself isn't great - I had to return not one, but two mattresses. Dealing with the delivery company to collect the returns was a nightmare too, they kept giving me dodgy excuses for not turning up and I couldn't even get hold of them to sort it out.

So, I ordered two mattresses together, yeah? They were meant to be delivered to the same spot, but then they sent them on two different vans! What a kerfuffle, ugh! One driver was so lazy, he didn't even wait for the barrier to go up! But thankfully someone fetched him back, thank goodness! The office had put the wrong postcode on the parcel, and the driver was out there searching for a caravan in town! Silly chap!

I noticed an issue with my order when I saw the tracking details, but it wasn't fixed. I've been exchanging emails with a customer service guy called Matthew, but he keeps saying he's hurrying the delivery along without giving me a proper timeframe. It's disappointing how they took my money and haven't kept me updated or resolved the problem.

I got this mattress topper because my old mattress was about to give up. Let me tell you, this topper is absolutely amazing. I've never had such a good night's sleep. It's definitely worth the money, and even more.

I ordered this duvet from this shop, but the customer service was really bad. They didn't keep me updated on when it would arrive, and I just wanted to check out the quality before committing to a big new mattress. But now I'm going to shop somewhere else because this experience was just not cool. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I bought a mattress protector and two sheets from this place, and it's been a nightmare. They were meant to arrive within a week, but it's been nearly two months and still no sign. I've called and emailed countless times, but no one knows where my order is. This isn't the first time this has happened with this company, had a bad experience when I ordered a mattress too. Should've known better. I'd suggest getting from Simbasleep.com instead, at least you know your items will show up when they're supposed to.
