Hotel
Truly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I made a booking and needed to make a change. Contacted the hotel who advised it was no problem at all however the amendment needed to come from the agent (RoomDI). After numerous emails (most of them ignored), contacting both Traveltino and Logi Travel (parent company) who are all completely unhelpful as well. Unable to call as they apparently still have no phones after COVID. Hung up on by a man at Logi Travel who then refused to answer again. Calling the hotel myself numerous times who were perplexed why the agency wouldn't just contact them asking to make the change. They ended up contacting the agency direct. I'm still getting all the emails asking me to make a final payment. Thank goodness I didn't as I will never use this company again. Truly the most amateur and unprofessional company I've ever experienced.
