Review about: Shearings Coach Holidays
Maybe i was unlucky!
A break to Weymouth was enjoyable only for the reason that I had to make my own itinerary. Two excursions cancelled and the 'scam' of the free drinks upgrade were refused!
My main problem is the attitude of Shearings when i complained....it was basically...tough nobody else wanted the excursions and tough you should have spoken to the manager!
Fair enough....I'll go elsewhere!
Unfortunately you are not alone. Once Shearings have had your money and you your ‘holiday’ Shearings will always wash their hands with you. Customer care is non existent. Just beware in the future and ALWAYS make your complaint at the time and on social media.
