2XU Propel wetsuit
I purchased a 2XU propel wetsuit at £600 through tredz.co.uk. After 3 swims a hole developed in the suit. I was not able to use the wetsuit while the issue was being dealt with by Tredz. It took 4 weeks for the supplier 2xu to reply to be basically told it wasn't covered under warranty despite following the care guidance. Not even a penny contributed to the repair, it seems £600 is just a drop in the ocean for companies like this. It should be assumed that if something costs a lot of money than I am going to take good care of it! Absolutely disgusting customer service. P.S the review should be 0 stars
