Never recieved my product
Same problem as the others 1-star-raters. They took my money, but never dispathced my order. After two months and several of emails, it says it's still processing. One month ago they told me they would send it within 7 days.I ordered skinceuticals cream paid £109 didnt receive first email said it was in the warehouse due for dispatch now they say it's out of stock and I will get a refund and will have to wait another 15 days I now definitely know I have been scammed its disgusting that this company can still trade online I will be contacting my credit card company I can only hope I will see that money again

On booking was advised that tickets available on the theatre and dinner package were restricted, and no spontaneity allowed minimum 6 weeks lead time.
Amazing when i go to the theatre there are always spare seets, that there isnt a system that allows these to be filled by any merchant.
Value of tickets are 30 each so dont expect too much
