Order never received, waiting for refund
I ordered something from this company ages ago, but it never arrived. And to top it off, I've been waiting for more than a month now for a refund. Their customer service is terrible, there's no proper communication and I haven't heard anything about my refund status. I am really let down by how unprofessional and dishonest they've been. I'll be reporting them to trading standards for sure. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from them - stay away to dodge the hassle and letdown I've been through.

I would recommend avoiding this company as their behaviour is basically like stealing. It's hard to understand how they're still allowed to carry on.

I noticed this company is listed as 'Dissolved' on Companies House, so I reported them to Trading Standards. When I emailed them about this, they unsurprisingly denied being dissolved. However, I kept insisting on my refund and even threatened to take further action, which eventually led to me getting my money back. I suggest you keep pushing for your refund or consider making a claim through your bank. Be careful of this company's dodgy activities.

Recently, I tried to buy a lip balm from Zest Beauty and had a problem using PayPal to pay. Everything seemed fine until I clicked on PayPal at checkout, then I got an error saying "something went wrong" and asking me to use a different payment method. This seemed a bit suspicious as if they didn't want me to use PayPal and preferred me to use a credit card. Being careful, I decided not to buy just yet and looked into it more. Pure Scam!
Pure scam! Ordered sunscreen in June for over 100 euros. After paying, no order confirmation. At that time on vacation so 2 weeks later came to the conclusion that we had not seen or received anything. Then emailed, response after a few days that they found it very annoying and went to find out. After several email exchanges with a clear request to cancel, always the same ... responses as to whether we wanted to send all the data of the order again (which we had not received). proof of payment sent and again the request for a refund. Received the confirmation from them after a week, but now 2 months later still no refund and they don't respond anymore.
