Review about: Minerva Crafts
No Updates and Refusal to Take Blame
I placed an order at Minerva crafts, not my first (by the way, the first order, though I received it over a month before, never changed from "awaiting despatch" on my account on their website) and though I made the effort to delay placing an order until the Easter weekend and bank holiday monday had passed. It took 3 days for them to ship.
While I understand that it was a busy time of the year, Minerva Crafts state on their website that they aim to dispatch orders on the same day if made by 3pm and if not the next day, also, that an email will be sent if there is to be any delay to their order for any reason. The only communication I received from them was my order confirmation email up until Friday.
The Friday after I made my order, the post came and with no sign of my Minerva crafts parcel I filed an enquiry through their website and 2 minutes later got a despatch email. (a help desk woman that I called after this said it was "pure coincidence" but I doubt that) after 3 days of no communication from this site the minute I ask about my order, I get an email that literally means I can no longer cancel my order or get a refund without waiting nearly another week to receive the parcel and send it back.Review about: Minerva Crafts
Mixed craft items
Goods and delivery no problem. Website designer obviously poached from local lunatic asylum. Have given up trying to place my latest order and am going to ask my family to retrieve the money spent on my gift voucher. I will not be patronising Minerva Crafts with any further orders. Disgraceful
Whilst writing, my son, who is totally au fait with technology has stated that he has never come across any worse website since he got his first computer thirty years ago
Absolutely disgraceful state of affairs. I won't be ordering from you again and am asking my relatives to retrieve the money paid to you for my gift voucher. The customer reviews show what an abominable concern this is.
