After the order was successfully placed the night before, on October 25, 2024, I waited to receive an email confirming the purchase, where they would send the order number and delivery times. But I did not receive any email, even though 24 hours passed. A few days ago when the purchase was not completed, a company that collects payments in favor of Koeman, immediately sent me an email "it appears that you have attempted to make an unsuccessful purchase" and instructed me to click to complete the purchase. While after the purchase done, I didn't receive any email confirming it and there is no trace of my purchase on the store page. I have the order number because I took a screenshot immediately after the purchase. I want to know, how can I get it my money, which is still on my card, is blocked. I have written to them in several places, even in the support window of the store, that I request the cancellation of the purchase. They should not withdraw money from my account against my will.
