I recently spoke with a chap called Hugh at the Fitness Superstore, and I have to say, the help I got was top-notch. Hugh really knew his stuff and was great on the phone, quickly sending me all the info I needed to pay. Even when I had to delay my purchase, he was professional and understanding, keeping the product aside for me. I was really impressed by his customer service and would definitely recommend this store to others.
