I wil never ever buy from these thiefes again the couldnt get my sofa into my property so they took it back on same dau, they have charged me £266 pounds for delivery and said thisis for delivery charge I am not happy at all with this service as I did not cancel , I am now in contact with Ombusman. here is my letter to this company.Once again I have not cancelled this order. I therefore respectfully ask that you reimburse me the full amount that is owed.
To lose the amount of £226, is too much so again I respectfully ask that you reconsider the 30% charge for delivery.
Also when you people come on March 22nd to collect the cushions they will be behind the front door, I will tx them to advise where the key will be.
