As my 18-month contract was about to finish, I noticed a big rise in my monthly cost. So, I got in touch with the customer loyalty team and was really happy with the help I got. The person I spoke to was friendly and understood my situation. They managed to lower my monthly cost by £10, which was great. Even though the service is still expensive, it's essential for my household as my two teenagers need fast internet speeds and lots of bandwidth. I was pleased with how the customer loyalty team member handled my request in the end.
