New cardigan with a hole
So, I got this fancy new cardigan, yeah? But you won't believe it - there was a massive hole in it! The worst part is, I didn't even see it at first because I didn't wear it straight away due to lockdown and all. Finally, when it got a bit nippy, I decided to put it on and boom, there's the hole. Now they're saying they'll sort it out for me, which is nice, but I could've just stitched it up myself with a needle and thread. It cost me a fortune and I had been saving up for it. I understand it's been sitting in my wardrobe for a while, but it's brand spanking new! It shouldn't have any holes. They should've offered to swap it or give me a voucher if they weren't keen for a refund. Lots of companies are being more understanding about refunds during covid, but not these lot. So watch your back, because they're not very helpful, even when it's their mistake. Check your gear for holes, folks! I won't be purchasing from them again because their prices are sky-high and I can't be fussed with fixing things. And to add insult to injury, they didn't even say sorry.
