    Nice outfits on N Peal

    Cashmere is one of my loved clothes and I tend to get only the best quality I can get.
    It's no news that most online clothing stores are only in for the money without considering the satisfaction and happiness of the customers.

    I shop for clothes, mostly kinds of cashmere on N Peal. I enjoy their collections very much with different and creative ways of combining clothes.

    I also go to their physical store once in a while anytime I'm in London.
    I go there to give myself a long-lasting feeling of fashion.

    I'm trying to incorporate other fabrics into my dressing and where else would I go if not N Peal?

    Their service is top-notch and unwavering. Good company all the way.

    Delivery issues, wrong item received

    Unfortunately, I had some problems with my recent order delivery. The courier kept sending me messages about issues with the delivery. But, thanks to the amazing customer service I received, everything turned out alright. The representative went out of her way to help me. She contacted the courier and kept me updated on what was happening. She even offered me a refund in case my order didn't arrive. When the package did finally show up, it had the wrong item inside, not what I had ordered. Once again, the representative stepped in and sorted everything out quickly. I can't praise her enough for being so proactive and helpful - she really showed what great customer service looks like.

    I recently had a really good experience with the customer service team of this company. I had ordered a scarf as a gift, but sadly it ended up getting lost in the post. When I got in touch with the customer service team though, they were amazingly helpful and quick in sorting out the problem. Ben, especially, was super knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure a replacement was sent my way. I was really impressed with how fast the replacement arrived - it came the very next day! And the scarf itself was just beautiful and top-notch quality. I would definitely recommend this company for their fantastic customer service and amazing products.

    Cashmere sweater purchase

    I'm a regular customer of this company and I recently bought a cashmere sweater. Even though I live abroad, it's not easy to find good customer service tailored to me, but I must say, my experience with this company was top-notch. Being able to chat with an actual person, like Hannah, over the phone was a real treat. She knew her stuff and really helped make the whole buying process a breeze. It's nice to see a company that still cares about its customers in a world where so many businesses care more about online sales than real connections. I'll definitely be sticking with them as a loyal customer after this level of service.

    White cashmere polo

    So, I was really excited because I bought this adorable white cashmere polo from the shop, yeah? And I couldn't wait to put it on and feel all fancy like a celeb or something. But when it arrived, there was this disgusting black mark on the front! Ugh, not cool at all. I mean, come on, imagine if James Bond was dealing with a stain on his polo, the world would probably end because he wouldn't have time to save it.

    Return handled smoothly

    I had to return something because it was the wrong size, and I have to admit the customer service at this shop is really great. The whole thing went really smoothly and quickly. The person I spoke to organised for a courier to come pick it up the next day, so I didn't have to worry about printing out and filling in a return label. I was impressed by how easy and fast they made it for me. Overall, I am really happy with the customer service I received.

    I recently treated myself to this really lovely sweater from a movie, and let me tell you, it is incredibly soft and cosy. The packaging was pretty cool too, with some 007-themed stuff on it. The fabric feels like a fluffy cloud, and I absolutely adore wearing it. Plus, the customer service team got back to my emails in no time, it was impressively quick! Definitely a luxury brand that is worth every penny, in my opinion.

    I've just bought three cashmere jumpers from N Peal and they are incredibly soft and cosy! The delivery came really fast, and the jumpers are top-notch quality. Had to send one back as it was a tad too big, but the customer service was so helpful and made the return a breeze. Definitely going to get more jumpers from there, they're now my absolute favourite!

    Jumper ruined in 5 weeks

    My sweater became all bobbled and lost its softness in just 5 weeks! I went to the shop for help, but they didn't do anything to sort it out, just suggested I buy a new one. I invested a lot in this jumper, thinking it was fancy cashmere! Now I'm hesitant to shop there again after how my jumper turned out. I just want to speak to someone about fixing this issue and either getting a refund or a new jumper. It's not right that they never mentioned the bobbling issue when I bought it - unfair!

    Henley Shirt for £149.00

    I recently bought a Henley Shirt for £149.00, but I was disappointed when a big hole appeared after wearing it only twice. The seam came apart, and the quality of the product was not up to scratch. When I contacted customer service, they only offered the usual options of exchange or refund, but they wanted the shirt back first before they would do anything. I suggested they send me a new shirt first and I would return the original, but they refused. The manager I spoke to seemed to think it was funny, which didn't sit right with me. After this experience, I've decided not to buy anything else from this company. It's a shame because I was thinking of getting more items, especially with the Bond connection, but it looks like N.Peal doesn't offer good quality for the prices they ask.

    Bought a jumper for £600

    I went to this shop to buy a super pricey jumper because I really had my heart set on it. I had the cash ready and everything! But when I asked for a discount, they flat out said no! Can you even imagine? Absolutely no discount at all! And then they just let me leave the shop without a care in the world, like they didn't even want my money. I was totally taken aback, so I've never bought anything from them again. Big mistake N. Peal, massive!

    Although the cashmere products are of good quality, I've asked them several times not to send me unnecessary brochures that are wasteful. I've tried to have my data removed without success. I do like the stylish menswear they offer, but I feel their women's clothing is out of touch and old-fashioned. It's disheartening to see they still use fur in their products in 2022, despite promises made over a decade ago to phase it out. Some staff members are against this practice, but it seems management isn't willing to change. As a result, I can't recommend their products anymore.

    I really wanted to get my hands on that blue cardigan from N Peal during their big sale, but they wouldn't give me the discount and I ended up missing out on the deal. I tried to buy it anyway, but by then it was already sold out! I reckon they should do a better job of letting us know when their sales are and what items are actually included in them.

    New cardigan with a hole

    So, I got this fancy new cardigan, yeah? But you won't believe it - there was a massive hole in it! The worst part is, I didn't even see it at first because I didn't wear it straight away due to lockdown and all. Finally, when it got a bit nippy, I decided to put it on and boom, there's the hole. Now they're saying they'll sort it out for me, which is nice, but I could've just stitched it up myself with a needle and thread. It cost me a fortune and I had been saving up for it. I understand it's been sitting in my wardrobe for a while, but it's brand spanking new! It shouldn't have any holes. They should've offered to swap it or give me a voucher if they weren't keen for a refund. Lots of companies are being more understanding about refunds during covid, but not these lot. So watch your back, because they're not very helpful, even when it's their mistake. Check your gear for holes, folks! I won't be purchasing from them again because their prices are sky-high and I can't be fussed with fixing things. And to add insult to injury, they didn't even say sorry.

    I bought some clothes online recently and I was really let down by the customer service. The first time I shopped with them, everything was great - well-packaged and good quality items. But my second order was a nightmare. The delivery was on time, but when I opened the box there was a random beanie hat in there with the clothes I actually ordered. It was so annoying because I was off to a birthday party and couldn't give the wrong item as a gift. When I contacted customer service, they were so unhelpful and didn't seem to care at all. Their attitude and lack of professionalism has put me off ever shopping with them again. It's a shame because I really liked their stuff, but without decent service, I can't recommend them to anyone.
