Wine delivery
Yeah, so I ordered this wine delivery and it was pretty good, you know? The packaging was really secure and the delivery information was accurate. But I do wish they had informed me in advance about the contents of the package because I ended up with more white than red and rose, which I'm not a fan of. They should definitely give a heads up before finalising the order, don't you think? But hey, the wines were good and even though they were low in sugar, it didn't affect the taste, so that's great.

Booking parking cancellation
I booked parking recently at a great price, but I had to cancel my reservation. I sent an email to customer service to ask about any fees, and they said only the £2.99 booking fee would be deducted. I cancelled my booking easily and without any problems. I've used this service before without any issues, and I'll keep using it in the future.

Pet sitting service
I recently tried out a pet sitting service and my experience with their customer service was a bit of a mix. One guy, who I'll just call Dave for now, was absolutely terrible – his attitude made me feel like my worries were completely unfounded. He seemed to just dismiss my complaints about the care my pet got, acting like it was fine for sitters to be late and not do their job properly. But to be fair, the other people I spoke to were a lot better – they were more professional and understanding, and they reassured me that the company does have certain standards that should be followed.

Affordable clothing
I've just bought some clothes from the shop, and although a few of them weren't quite like what was shown in the pictures, I'm happy with the quality and price of the overall batch. My orders have always come on time, and most of the clothes I've bought have been pretty decent considering how much they cost.
