The brief pros: really easy to order, fast installation, cheap.
Once you have the system you realize how extraordinarily awful their customer service is.
Have a problem you need solving? Their call centre workers don't know anything and need to refer you to another department, that never calls back and if they do they have no idea what your issue is - since Verisure's internal communication is clearly awful.
Ask to deactivate an alarm while you're doing building works? They'll say they will, then call you every day for 3 months to say your alarm is malfunctioning. Each time they promise to deactivate it, then call you again the next day - since their workers never do anything they promise.
Try to cancel your account? They won't give you a final invoice to settle up, and will try to stall you, and even send you more invoices past your cancel date.
The best part. During the pandemic these clowns wouldn't pick up the phone at night or on weekends. Your house could literally be getting burgled and not possible to get anyone easily. As long as criminals don't go after your house on nights or weekends I guess you're okay!
Do not buy Verisure. You will regret it terribly.
