Damaged end panel
I recently got a damaged end panel in my order. I reported the problem via email but got frustrated having to exchange emails with two online reps who gave me wrong info about a partial refund. It wasn't until I phoned customer services that things got sorted out and a new panel was sent. The idea of a partial refund only if I kept the damaged panel sounded silly - who'd want to use a damaged piece in their bathroom? It took a whole week to sort out this issue, which was really disappointing.
