Wet room glass purchase
I recently bought a wet room glass from the store and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. I needed it urgently and when I contacted the store, I spoke to a man named Kumail who was very professional and helpful. Even though the item wasn't in stock at the Manchester branch, Kumail sorted it out to be brought from another branch for collection the next day. When it arrived, Kumail personally called me to let me know it was ready and when I went to get it, he and his colleague went out of their way to help load it onto my van. The customer service from Kumail was outstanding and really praiseworthy. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for bathroom supplies.

I recently bought some bathroom products from this company and I must say, I'm quite happy with how it all went. The website was user-friendly and they had a nice variety of products to pick from. Modern take on traditional cast iron radiator
I've just bought a new modern version of an old-fashioned cast iron radiator and I'm really happy with it. It looks great and even my plumber thought it was good quality. Although, I must mention it's really heavy, so be prepared for delivery as it'll come on a pallet. The delivery service was fast and efficient.
Damaged end panel
I recently got a damaged end panel in my order. I reported the problem via email but got frustrated having to exchange emails with two online reps who gave me wrong info about a partial refund. It wasn't until I phoned customer services that things got sorted out and a new panel was sent. The idea of a partial refund only if I kept the damaged panel sounded silly - who'd want to use a damaged piece in their bathroom? It took a whole week to sort out this issue, which was really disappointing.
Bathroom fixtures
I bought some bathroom fixtures from this company not long ago, but I'm still waiting for them to arrive. Even though I ordered them in the UK, the delivery is taking ages. It's really annoying to have to wait so long for something that should have been here by now. I know delays can happen, but this has been really disappointing.

I was a customer at Bathroom Takeaway and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the service I got. My product never even turned up and the service I got was pretty poor. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but they weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care about my problem. In the end, I had to cancel my order and go with a different company that I could rely on.

I just got myself a new chrome bath mixer to replace the old gold victorian one in my bathroom. The website I found it on was really easy to use and had loads of good options at reasonable prices. Oh my goodness, this company is really great. The prices are fantastic and the delivery was really fast! I can be a bit clueless with technology sometimes, and they were incredibly helpful when I made mistakes not just once, but twice. I will definitely use them again, they are a genuinely enjoyable company to work with.
En-suite order
I ordered a shower basin for my en-suite on 27th April. But, it wasn't sent out until I got in touch with them to ask where it was. It finally got dispatched on 16th May, but I still haven't got it yet. Waiting almost a month for something as important as a shower basin is really frustrating. If this was for my main bathroom, I'd be even more irritated by how long it's taking. I really hope their service gets better from now on.
