Outdoor furniture table and chairs
I've bought outdoor furniture from this company a few times over the years and have always been happy with the quality. The Rattan they use is much better than cheaper options, and the cushions and other accessories have always held up well. Recently, I splurged on an £800 table and two chairs, and they were top-notch as expected. Although there was a little delay with the delivery, the company kept me updated every step of the way and even made up for the inconvenience. Overall, my experience with Rattan Direct was fantastic, and I'd like to thank them for their exceptional service once again. A big shoutout to Julia Wamba for her professional and friendly customer service.
