Christmas gifts and personal purchase
I ordered some Christmas presents and a treat for myself. Unfortunately, one of the items leaked and ruined my Christmas table runners, which was really disappointing. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful replies, which made me even more frustrated. As someone with partial sight and past issues with orders, I hoped for better service and support from the company. Despite spending a lot of money on orders, I felt disappointed and ignored due to the lack of action to fix the problem.

First-time experience
My first experience buying from this company was actually a pleasant surprise. The prices were reasonable and I didn't have to worry about dealing with customs or sales tax. The delivery was super quick, arriving in the US in just two days. The customer service was great too, with fast responses and friendly, helpful staff.
