Premier products.
I purchased the premier box set with the gel & the cream I have to say I've seen it on tjc before it's not something I would normally purchase of TV however I purchased this on the presenter mark's recommendation that he took the stuff home and tried it out for himself that was the only way that he was willing to sell the stuff when he was presenting it himself anyway I've had the premier products for over a week now and I have to say I've noticed a marked improvement in my skin the line's at the side of my mouth look visibly thinner and they look like there disappearing I can hardly see the lines . I can honestly say I would recommend the premier products . I also purchased premier eye cream and eye serum from Amazon which was something just over £50.00 that was for both the items . I use the serum at night and I use the eye cream in the morning . But you must remember to use the products day and night. So a big thankyou to mark on the jewellery channel keep the good work up and don't recommend something unless you've taking the time to try it out for yourself that way your giving your honest opinion thankyou. There is one thing I don't purchase from the jewellery channel is perfume due to allergies anything that's highly scented I can't use it which includes creams otherwise I'm sneezing most of the day which is a nightmare for me.

I ordered a tanzanite an diamond ring 9 weeks ago.money taken an money for resizing out of my bank acount. Not happy I rang up every week told I'll get it this week still no ring.im getting very angry.

Reading the other reviews I realised that TJC must be marmite. You either love them or hate them. I have literally bought hundreds of things from them. You have to be selective and if you are you can get bargains. However if you pay £10 for a diamond ring you can't expect stunning whatever the hype! I have however bought some truly beautiful budget jewellery from them. Also I have had some good experiences with customer services but would advise against bank holidays! Two defective and two lost in post items were dealt with straight away. One overcharge took a little longer but was solved. I find buying online rather than on the TV better. On delivery, it does seem to have speed up and is generally well packaged. I would not however buy just a pair of earring with posts. Recent packaging has been inadequate resulting in squashed posts. If ordered with something slightly bigger the packaging is different. Overall I have had good experiences and found the channel very useful at the height of the pandemic both for non jewellery supplies and entertainment.

No purchase just moaning about the presentation
I have shopped with TJC for years, mostly pleased with everything I've bought. Lately I find the way the shows are presented really boring. Why the influx of dual presentations? Why do we need one presenter in the studio and one somewhere else? They talk over each other, they ramble on about the product. People are either going to buy what's on offer or they are not. There should be a time limit for each presentation. The audience is not .... Tell us what's on offer, tell us how much it is, all this so many price drops is boring and old fashioned. The camera operators need to do more close ups so we can see colours and patterns up close especially with fashion and homewhere. In short go back to single presenters, cut time spent on talki g about product. Show final price immediately. Why so many Opatra shows most of us neither want it or can afford it its boring, boring boring. Come on TJC cut the talking let's get selling

Sankom vest with lace bra and support and posture
Feeling cheated by TJC again. Been very ill and because ididn't contact them out of the 30 day returns rule , told will not deal with me even though i explained i have been very ill. Little sympathy and told if i send it back they will send it back to me. Also bought a piece of so called Amber pendant, was supposed to be green amber , it turned out to be some type of resin with a green painted background. Won't bother to use again. this is the last straw. TJC have gone to pot. Used to be a good service, no longer. Can't believe i have been suckered again. The bra was so tight it wouldn't fit a sixe 14 , never mind a 20. All the chat about how nice they feel. If i had of got it on i would have had to had it cut off it was that tight. Stick to Gems to at least they have never ripped me off.

Christmas gifts and personal purchase
I ordered some Christmas presents and a treat for myself. Unfortunately, one of the items leaked and ruined my Christmas table runners, which was really disappointing. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful replies, which made me even more frustrated. As someone with partial sight and past issues with orders, I hoped for better service and support from the company. Despite spending a lot of money on orders, I felt disappointed and ignored due to the lack of action to fix the problem.
Blue moissanite ring purchase
I bought a lovely blue moissanite ring recently and I have to say, I had a really fantastic shopping experience with this company. The process of checking out was so simple and easy to follow. As my items were sent out, I got emails from the company just to keep me informed on how my order was going. When my package arrived, I was really pleased with how nicely it was wrapped up and how well my ring was protected. And when I saw the ring itself, it was even better than I had imagined. The blue moissanite stones were just stunning and the way it was set was perfect. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase.
Moissanite earrings
I recently bought some moissanite earrings from The Jewellery Channel and to be honest, I was a bit let down. I had bought a moissanite ring from them before and it was amazing, so I was expecting the same from the earrings. But when they arrived, I was a bit surprised to see that they were smaller than I thought they would be. Also, they were in a bag with a tag that said not to remove it, so I could only get a quick look at them. It would have been better if TJC had put a tag on each earring so I could check them out properly before deciding. Despite this disappointment, I have to say that overall, TJC’s product range and service are great.

always had great service from TJC and loved all my purchases and love watching all the girls, expecially Chloe..., However, on discovering a problem with budget payments and tried to call and sort it out, i had the misfortune to try and explain to a lady called Becky, and i quite frankly have NEVER been spoken to so rudely or spoken down to in the way she did..... I kept trying to explain things but she just kept talking over me all the time, would Not let me speak to try and explain and saying " I,m Telling YOU "".... SOOOO rude...... |Very very dissappointed ,, seems standards very high everywhere else except here....
Your selling Dr paw paws Amazon are selling 3 of the same items for £10.00 free delivery so when you add it all up including your p& p TJC was not cheaper than Amazon doesn't anyone checkout prices anymore.

I have been trying to phone customer services from Republic of Ireland and all numbers that I have been given by TJc are invalid I have received items from them containing dead human fleas from China very disturbing

Jewellery items
I've had a bit of a mixed bag with the customer service at your company. The customer care team has been really helpful and provided great service whenever I've had any questions or problems, which I appreciated. However, I've had a problem with parcels being left at my front door, which has made them easy targets for thieves. Sadly, one of my parcels was actually taken because of this issue with the delivery process. Despite this hiccup, I've had a great experience overall with your company, mainly because of the high quality of the jewellery items I've bought.
Moissanite cluster ring
I just ordered from this company for the first time and I was really impressed with the product. The first ring I got was amazing, but it was a bit too big for me. I sent it back and got a smaller carat cluster ring, which is also beautiful. I wear real diamonds and I must say, the moissanite stone looks just as stunning and even better than some other options. The clarity and colour are spot on, and you can't beat the price. I'm really impressed with the quality and beauty of the ring, and I'm so thankful to have found such a great company like this one.
Necklace purchase
I missed the delivery of my necklace, but they tried to deliver it quickly. I went to pick it up from the WHSmith post office, but it was closed on Saturday and yesterday due to not having enough staff. I don't know when I'll be able to get my hands on my purchase now. Dealing with these delays is annoying, and I reckon the postal provider should upgrade their services to avoid inconveniencing customers. I just hope that my necklace arrives in perfect condition when I eventually get it.

I bought some jewellery items not too long ago and I have to say I was really impressed with how good quality and well-designed they were. The prices were fair and the delivery was quick too. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again - they've gained a loyal customer in me!
Tanzanite earrings
The earrings came in great condition, each one nicely wrapped and in a lovely box. However, one of the butterfly backs was quite tricky to take off and it actually damaged the post of the earring. I sent them back and asked for a replacement because I really like the earrings. I have got emails to confirm the replacement and am looking forward to having a better experience with the new pair.

As someone who shops on the channel, I have to say I'm really impressed with all the different products they have. They've got everything from jewellery to shoes, handbags, clothes, and things for your home - there's something for everyone! The prices are great too, really good value for money. I love the £1 Auction site, it's such a fun idea and adds some excitement to the whole shopping thing. Honestly, I think this is the best shopping channel around, in terms of choice, quality, and price.
Customer service excellence
I recently dealt with DS at this company about a complaint I had. The customer service I got was excellent. DS was really attentive, understood my issue, and sorted it out promptly. Now I feel happy and relaxed as a customer. The way DS handled everything was so impressive and professional. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this company to others after such a positive experience.

I absolutely love getting jewellery from this channel because it's all so sparkly and shiny! The pieces are incredibly beautiful and they just make me feel like a princess every time I wear them. I recently purchased a bunch of beautiful jewellery for just £1 each, and it looks stunning! The sparkles really make me happy. They arrived in the post super quickly and were packaged in adorable little gift boxes. I feel like royalty whenever I wear them. I'm already looking forward to buying more glamorous accessories!
Earrings purchase
The company's service was really good - they delivered quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. But I was a bit disappointed with the earrings I bought because they were way too heavy for me. Even though the earrings weren't right for me, I'm still happy with the service and my overall experience with the company.
Faulty Italian gold bracelet
I was really let down by the Italian gold bracelet I got for my wife's birthday. When I excitedly opened the box, I was surprised to see that the clasp was faulty and came away from the bracelet before she could even put it on. It's not the first time I've had problems with bracelets from this shop, and it looks like they really need to up their quality control game.
