No refund and no problem solving, despite the fact that the e-mail contained information about the return to the account on 09/21.
It's 29/09 and no reply to my messages and I have not been reimbursed more than 120 euros for a priority order for which the courier did not arrive on time. When I asked for a refund, a courier was immediately picked up to collect the package. I have not used the service anymore, and despite the information that they will refund my money, they have been delaying the payment for 3 weeks. Please be careful.
