Pergola with ground mountings
When I ordered my pergola with ground mountings, I found the process really easy and straightforward. However, after getting my confirmation, I realised that the order was wrong and needed to be changed. The customer service team were really quick to help and sorted it out without any problems, which I really appreciated. Their quick response and willingness to fix the mistake impressed me.
When the kit arrived, I found that putting it together was tougher than I thought. The instructions were a bit confusing and not as clear as I'd hoped. It ended up taking longer than I expected to build, but in the end, the pergola looked beautiful and was really good quality.
