Attended store with family
My trip to the store in Loughton with my family was really bad. My daughter saw an outfit she wanted to try, but then a staff member came up to us and started bothering us, insisting we hand over the clothes for payment even though we hadn't asked for help. This guy, Greg, was so rude and made us feel really embarrassed. In the end, we left without even being able to try on the shoes we bought and had to come back later to exchange them. The customer service there was just awful, really unprofessional and completely unacceptable.
