AVOID Fobbed off from the start
Ordered 21/11/22 took payment straight away. Had to email 25/11 as I hadn’t recieved a dispatch email (states 2-4 days for shipping) recieved an email
Back stating they will get back to me in 5 days, don’t a live chat on 28/11 where I was told my order was lost in the system and it would be reordered and sent out with next day delivery (free of charge) and stated I would recieve an email when it was dispatched, had to do another live chat 29/11 as I hadn’t heard anything, this time I was told it hadn’t been packed yet and could take a few days (what was there point of giving me next day delivery) later this afternoon I have started reviewing emails
Stating my items are out of stock and I will be refunded between 7 and 10 days. So by the time I get my refund they would’ve had my money (which they took immediately) for almost 3 weeks, Absolutley shambllic don’t order
